2007 Ford Explorer Hello Instrument Loses Power Returns Normal Engine Lights

Hello, my instrument loses power and returns to normal. The engine lights, O/D light and air bag lights flash on and off. The radio will also lose power and come right back. Any ideas on what I should check or replace. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

make sure the battery cables are clean and tight. all grounds must be checked. the cluster connections need to be checked for being secure.
