i bought a used ford everest 2007 manual. sometimes when i u turn i heard like steal clinging. or sounds like tek tek.. sounds like hammering the under chassis
2) very slow starting run.low speed. but if i reach 80 its run up to 140 km/hr
3) what kind engine oil im going to used

That sounds like the axles are bad.
A 5W-30 Synthetic blend would be good.
