the steering wheel is kind of hard to turn eitheir side. I checked power stering fluid.is find. chekc all fuses. cause. this is a hybrid vehicle and off course electrical they're fine. what else should I inspect? thanks for your help

nothing you can do as the electrical system controls it. have it checked at a shop for the failure
