2007 Ford Capri After Minutes Off Starting Engine Cold Water Pours Out Resevoir

after a few minutes off starting up the engine the cold water pours out of the resevoir tank. if I leave the radiator cap off it pours.out as if under pressure. is this a thermostat or water pump problem

it may be a thermostat or a head gasket problem. have it checked for internal leaks
