instrument panel is going off and on

2007 ford five-hundred after alternator & battery replacement, instrument panel periodically stops working, then restarts. Engine does not stop when happens. Ground on fender was moved (due to breaking off) when battery was replaced. I have unhooked battery for 10 minutes to reset cpu. Improved briefly, but has returned to same situation as prior to reset. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Recheck the ground circuit connection at the fender. Check if there are any broken wires at the ground bunch that had not been secured well.
