Drivers side A/C not working properly

my dad has the car listed above that has very little A/C on the drivers side.. passenger side is much warmer.. makes little difference if at idle or at 70 .. low side checks in the green with about 50 PSI. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning,

The low pressure is way too high.

The high side should be 2 times ambient temperature plus 15%. The low side should be 25-30 rock solid.

Can you give me those pressures while running?

You most likely need an expansion valve from that reading.
