Drivers side A/C not working properly

My dad has the car listed above that has very little A/C on the drivers side. Passenger side is much warmer. Makes little difference if at idle or at 70 . Low side checks in the green with about 50 PSI. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning,

The low pressure is way too high.

The high side should be 2 times ambient temperature plus 15%. The low side should be 25-30 rock solid.

Can you give me those pressures while running?

You most likely need an expansion valve from that reading.
