The speedo doesn't work right. It doesn't start to move until about 20 or 30. All other gauges work fine

It could be the Vehicle Speed sensor or the speedo head itself. You will need a lab scope to test the output signal coming out of the speed sensor.

Another point on that vehicle is that is likely has two speed sensors that are both associated with vehicle speed. One is in the tailshaft of the transmission and the other is in the top of the differential.
