Sounds like someone got a black door from pick a part and put it in your truck.Is your front bumper painted or is it chrome?Whats wrong with your bumper now?

I posted three pictures along with the original text. I'm attaching them again. The front of my truck is metal(underneath my lights there is nothing) if you look at the picture it is very clear that there is nothing under the lights but I just didn't know exactly what I needed to buy in order to assemble it at home instead of having to pay way more at a body shop. And could I just paint over the black part of my truck that is the fender?

You can paint over anything no telling wat it will look like when your done lol.I am no painter myself were not allowed to post links to answer questions.But if you give me your email I will email you a parts diagram for your bumper.

And I was just asking was there something wrong with the fender just because of the simple fact that it was black? And ok thanks a lot

Other then the color of the fender from what I can see I don't see anything other then the color looks OK.Can't really get a good look at it.Take a look at the diagram I emailed.Keep your replys on this question

So basically if I got a bumper kit for the 2007 would it contain everything I need in order to complete the installation?

I was going to order the kit but then saw that shipping and handling was just as much as the kit itself (185). I was told I only needed front bumper and bumper trim to do the job but should I just get the bumper kit to be safe?

Bumper kit? Did you see one in the diagram I sent you? I have never seen a bumper kit I have always seen that each piece you have to get separate. Unfortunately since i am not there with you to go over the truck with you and the diagram.Your going to have to look at the diagram and see what's missing.Even if there was a kit no telling your exactly missing everything the kit contains.We try our best to help everyone the best we can.Some questions are more challenging then others answering on the internet like this one.Hard to see every detail of your truck.The diagram should help a great deal.
