2007 Dodge Ram Replace Blinker Relay Under Driving Wheel Asked Many People

I need to replace the blinker relay under the driving wheel. I have asked many people and this seems to be the problem. My blinkers dont come on when I try and sometimes when they do come on they blink in the opposite direction that I ask them to. How do I replace that part?
