2007 Dodge Ram Left Front Headlight Out Dash Lamp Indicates There Bulb

I have a left front headlight out. The dash lamp indicates there is a lamp out. Problem is the bulb is verified as good. Is there a hidden fuse or a known problem like this in this truck?

There's a fuse box under the hood, and there is a computer module built into it to add unnecessary complexity where it isn't needed. Look on the left inner fender close to the front.
