my 2007 dodge ram hesitates when accelerating, the code reads 01,02, and 03. the book says fuel regulator control. what is this and where is it?

Those are not codes for that vehicle. You need to use a code reader to extract the OBD2 codes that start with a P then four numbers.

the codes are p0001,p0002,p0003
