Can an EVAP line coming out of the fuel tank be spliced, or does a whole new fuel tank assembly need to be purchased? I have a punctured fuel tank, and I purchased a replacement from a local auto parts recycler. I came to find out however that the replacement fuel tank had its EVAP line cut coming out from the fuel tank control valve. Can it be spliced or should I be returning the tank?

If its just the evap line then you can splice it with a piece of rubber line.
