Both cylinder heads are warped from over heating, I have heard I should replace the whole engine? The mechanic said if u just replace the heads you will have problems with the engine? What should I do? What problems could happen if I just replace the heads?

check block deck for flatness if within >003" then it's ok and just replace the heads.
