I REPLACED THE WATER PUMP ON MY 2007 CHARGER AND NOW IT WONT START WHY ?

i have been working on my car for the past week already and still can't get it to start i don't know what i am doing wrong i have took it apart and put it back together 5 times and still nothing

When you say you can't get it to start is it turning over or nothing like the battery is dead? If it is turning over do you have a spark and fuel?
