2007 Dodge Caravan Ventilation Direction Selector Send Air Flow Different

My ventilation direction selector send air flow to différent location That my sélection. Exampl: when i sélect to send air to the floor only, it goes to defrost mix with front vent.
Is it just the valve directing the air flow who's not working properly.
