Pulsing vibration brakes I can feel it in the pedal?

when I apply my brakes they pulse or shimmie. Is this brake related?

Of course it is. This is commonly caused by warped brake rotors. A simple replacement is usually all that is required to true them up and stop the pulsation. This video will show you how to fix it.
