I have a Dodge Caliber 2007, the signal lights continue flashing fast within the dashboard. I have replaced all the signal bulbs outside of the car. But the out side signal lights do not work. What could be the problem? Could the relay fuse need to be replaced?

Have you checked to see if there is power to any of the light sockets?

You need to start a new question specific to your car. Unlike other sites where anyone can chime in, here this becomes a private conversation between you and the expert who will stick with you until a solution is found. When you add to a previous post, it is already on our list of questions that have received a reply. The other experts won't butt in or read your addition, so they won't have the chance to reply. That won't get you the help you need.

We need to know the engine size when looking up wiring diagrams and parts lists. Those can be very different between two optional engines. We look at the mileage when making judgments as to the best suspects. Please be sure to include that information as well as all the tests you've already done, and the results.
