2007 Chrysler Town and Country shudders @ 40 MPH

front end feels like it drove over washboard when gradually increasing speed to 40 MPH and @ 1500 rpm. had in to dealer. sway bar and rear suspensions replaced. tires rebalanced. still have problem... does not happen if i accelerate quickly, nor if coasting, not with braking or turning...
i have no idea what topic this falls under.... enginge?

This can fall under engine or drivetrain depending on what is causing the problem.

Should not be anything to do with sway bars or suspension.

I would suggest checking the drive/axleshafts if it is drive train related.
