2007 CHRYSLER SEBRING CAR GETS STUCK IN 2ND GEAR

When my car is cold, it usually runs fine. But as soon as the temp. gets
to a certain point, the car will downshift into 2nd gear and gets stuck.
I have had it looked at and was told the cylinoids were bad. But when they went to change them and check all the wiring, the guy said that neither one of them was the problem...and now i need a new computer.
Cost $800+....NEED HELP!!!
