That doesn't answer my question. Brake lights are an entire system. Specifically, what parts were changed?

My tail lights were replaced..

OK, the rear light assemblies. Was that for this problem?
Have you tested for power reaching the lights when the brakes are applied?
Does the 3rd High mount brake light work?
