What would cause the battery, gas, speedometer, tachometer and temperature gauges to stop working?

The cluster will light up and so will the mileage and gear selector box in the lower right of the cluster, but none of the gauge needles will move. Car starts and runs fine.

I heard the TIPM could cause this. What is that? Where is it? How do I replace it if that is the cause?

Hi,

The TIPM is a totally integrated power module. It is located under the hood and is where you will find the fuses for the vehicle.

As far as the TIPM, they are known to have connector issues because of the number of small connector pins. They corrode and can break.

If you look at the attached pics below, I provided the directions for the removal and replacement of the TIPM. Also, if you plan to check wiring, here is a link you may find helpful:
