2007 Chrysler Pacifica Tire Shop Over Torqued Lug Nuts On Alloy Wheel Rear

Tire shop over torqued the lug nuts on alloy wheel, (rear). Bolt twisted off & new bolt appears to be about 1/4" too long to go into the hub w/o removal.. Am I missing something here, like an access hole in the 'backer plate' ? Don't see one --

Most of the time the stud needs to be pressed in so you have to remove the hub to install it anyway.
