2007 Chrysler Pacifica Car Only Blows Cold Air On Heat Sometimes Will Blow Hot

My car only blows cold air when on heat sometimes it will blow heat for a hot second then straight to cold what do you think this could be??

check that both hoses are hot and then check for a stuck actuator or one not opening in heater box. it has to be scanned to find out what's wrong
