My engine light has been coming on and off for the past 3 months, Recently it came on and has not gone out for a month now. Took it to be checked and I got the codes P3411 and P3497. What does this mean?

I don't find that vehicle at all here in the US and that code number is nothing I have ever seen before. We have no codes that start with a 3.
