Coolant leak

Truck will not hold any coolant the leak (steady) looks like it is coming from the side of the motor sort of in the middle (drivers side)
Truck sat for week during cold temps. went out to start it and noticed a big puddle underneath. thanks for your help.

On the middle of the block? Cracked block or worn freeze plug.
