2007 Chevrolet Tahoe AC control issue

A/C is stuck in vent position. Cannot switch to floor or defrost. Also, air comes out of vents even when the system is in the off position.

The mode doors are operated by an electronic actuator mounted on the left side of the HVAC housing. You should be able to access it from under the dash on the driver's side to see if the linkage is stuck or jammed in some way but the actuator may be faulty.

The first one looks like the temp actuator but the second one looks like the mode actuator. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/130937816.gif
