I need to figure our why it is doing this the coils and plugs are good?

The misfire you are experiencing, could be due to an issue with the fuel injectors on those two cylinders.
Take a look at this guide, it covers on how to test the injectors:

Go thru the guide and let me know what you have found.
I have included the injector replacement procedure below.
