07' chev suburban shifting hard

hello, i have a 07' chev 3/4 ton suburban that is shifting hard,trans temp 154 deg after driving. it shift's normal when i first start off and then after 20 min start's hard shift,torque converter locking up ?

It sounds like a bad shift solenoid. If the check engine light has come on, have the computer scanned to identify if the code is trans related. Other than that, the solenoids will need checked.
