My transmission is slipping can we fix it?

Yeah. I think you are at the beginning of larger clutch issues. Unfortunately slipping in this transmission is really only caused by a mechanical issue. So unless you have a sticking solenoid it is a clutch issue. However, a sticking solenoid would most surely set a code because it is not matching the commanded gear.

When I put my truck in overdrive I have nothing, when I put it in second gear it pulls out but does not want to keep going. If I lock it in four wheel high and put it in second it drives like it has no problems. But if I put it back in overdrive with 4x4 still locked in it goes back out. What could this be?

Transmission valve body warped. Mildly common on the 700R4. It also sounds like the 3/4 clutch pack is failing which is very common on them when installed in a truck.
Rebuild/replace is about the only repair.
If you rebuild, add in the heavy duty 3/4 clutches and a mild shift kit to apply more pressure to 3/4 pack to keep them from slipping.

You are welcome. If it were me, I would wait until it does it basically all the time. Depending on how intermittent it is, you may be able to buy some time.
