Is the seal intact? Are there any tears in it or holes? You can use a dollar bill to check the seal on the door. Find the place where you think it might be leaking and close the door on a dollar bill (with part of it sticking out). If you can pull it out with the door closed, there's a problem with the seal. If you're not sure just do this all along the seal to check for loose fit. As for the warranty, that is dependent upon your warranty and if the problem is wear and tear issue. Good luck.

dwb is on the right track. If water is entering the door, there is a leak somewhere. That leak is most likely in the door seal.
