coolant mixed with the motor oil and motor doesnot run normal when starting

We don't have that car here in the US but if you have coolant in the oil and the car isn't equipped wit an oil cooler, then you have serious issues. Likely blown head gasket or cracked head.
If you're still trying to run the engine this way, you can consider it destroyed anyway.
