wiper trouble

i have a 2007 chevy monte carlo. when my windshield wipers are working they are fine, even on intermitting. the problem is when they are off in the park position they are staight up. is there a fix?

It happens when a stop tab gets bent. Very common on Chevy's. So I am just sending you there site as there is a ton of information on it and depending on what has failed, it could still be the switch, you will be able to find the correct fix. Just use the link below;
