I turned on my car today and only half the lights came on (only all the emergency lights) and the radio. When I went to turn the car off the key stopped in the accessories position and is now stuck there. The key will not come out and the car will not start. It has completely froze up. I cant get it out of park or turn the wheel (very far and it's not clicking). Earlier that day (approx 6 hours earlier) I was at the auto shop where they did an oil change and replaced the serpentine belt. I drove the car home and nothing happened until I got in later. Not even the keyless remote will work which I used to open the door right before I got in!

I need you to check and make sure the battery is fully charged. Let me know what you find.

Check for a blown fuse. It could be one that is affecting the charging system.
