It wobbles when going slow or just coasting new tires have been on for 3 months. Don't understand the wobbly ride?

Broken belt in a tire, bent wheel, debris stuck between the wheel, rotor, or hub, or a worn spot in an inner cv joint housing. The worn housing usually shows up under acceleration as a shimmy in the steering wheel.
