The windshield washer fluid does not work when it gets cold. I know it is freezing because I know everything still works. How do I overcome this problem or is there a repair need?

are you using rain-x bug guard? the green rain-x? the bug guard will freeze in winter. switch to the orange rain-x, it is more of winter formula and will not freeze so easy. i would empty out the green until spring.

Drain the old washer fluid and replace it with new.
