2007 Chevrolet Kalos Hi Clicking Noise Coming Engine Which Happens Only Car

Hi I have a clicking noise coming from engine which happens only when the car is moving. The noise sounds like a sucker stick in the spoke wheel of a push bike. The oil level is ok and the car is running and starting ok with no warning lights on the dash. Some days it does not make the noise other days it does. Could it be the water pump? Please help

check to see if one of the plastic shields is making contact causing that.
