2007 Chevrolet Impala There Big Clunk End Steering Columnrwhen Turn Wheel Left

There is a big clunk at the end of the steering column when I turn.the steering wheel left and right. It doesn't matter if the car is in motion or not.

there is a tsb on this and there is anew part that is suppoed to elimnate the clunk you can also tear it apart and put grease in certain places but just change the joint.it's adealer only part.
