I removed air filter housing and noticed the tcm and pcm, is it okay the leave it exposed, or will the car malfunction? I put in a cold air filter, but housing in the way and I want to remove it?

The lights are on bcuz its probably not reading the mass airflow sensor correctly-Did you install the cold air as specified by the instructions

Just add to this one the only thing I would worry about is water/moisture getting at the computer the air filter housing protects it from the elements thats why they seal it in the air filter housing. Thats my opion on that one.
