p0445 and p0449

i have recently got the codes p0445 and p0449 have come up. we have replaced the evap canister to cover for the p0449 about 3 weeks ago drove about 500 miles on it and the code still comes up. any ideas?

P0449 is a fault with the vent control solenoid and not canister.
P0445 could be a resultant of P0449. Here is how you replace the vent control solenoid. Also inspect the vacuum feed tube O rings they may need to be replaced. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thanks for this post I had this problem and had to get a new vacuum feed line for $47.00 all fixed ~! l love this site.
