2007 Chevrolet Hhr Replacing Heads Success Rate Making Sure That Bolts Properly

When replacing the heads, what is the success rate of making sure that the bolts are properly secured to the block? Do you need any inserts for the bolts or will they securely torque back into place with no damage to the aluminum block?
