2007 Chevrolet Hhr Rear Lights Brakes Emergency Flashers Taillights On Legend

I have no rear lights for brakes or emergency flashers, but I have taillights when the lights are on. The legend for the fuses is useless, but I found no bad fuses. What should I look for next?

First thing I would do is out and have a look. You might have bad bulbs or sockets
