2007 Chevrolet Hhr Emission Light Came On After Changed Oil Filter Had Trouble

emission light came on after I changed oil and filter. I had trouble removing oil filter, so I disconected and removed air cleaner. After replacing oil filter I ran engine with air cleaner off. after replacing air cleaner and hooking up all wires and hoses light stays on. I drove car a few miles ot see if light would go off but did not

if you re connected the iac sensor, it will re set it self after 50 key cycles
