My Rpm gauge is stuck at 7,500 rpm.
1. Will this effect the performance of the vehicle?
2. Has this issue been a recall?
3. How do I fix it?

Thanks!

It shouldn't cause any performance problems

No recall to date.

Chances are the cluster will need replaced.
