Makes a droning noise while in motion, sounds like I have snow tires on the car.

Whether accelerating or foot is off the gas coming to a stop. Doesn't make noise unless in motion. Sounds like it is coming from the rear-end.

It's front wheel drive, the noise is coming from the back. I assume it has independent suspension on the back.
