automatic transmission goes into neutral while driving

while i am driving a car the automatic gear transmission stop working, car becomes netural when i applying brakes.
and i switch off the engine and starting the engine automatic gear are working..

when applying brake during running.. gear becomes free.. kind suggest..

scan for codes and check fuel pressure, clean the throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides..
