Pcm location on a 2007 Colorado and also the cluster doesnt work and hazards dont turn off

Pcm should be located, right rear of engine comnpartment. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. How deep was the water and how fast were you going? Slow down, lol.
