I am getting a check engine light that pulls code P0121 it said something about Throttle position sensor circuit performance range. Does that mean my throttle position sensor is going bad? Is this something I can replace myself?

It has to be diagnosed before you change anything do you have a scan tool that can read live engine data and a multimeter?
