2007 Chevy Cobalt. THe Finder Liner is All on Solid PC.
ITs Tells me To remove it. Im Changing the Water Pump 2.2L ITs Connected to The Timing Chain.

So what is your question?You can remove the fender liner or get a floor jack and a piece of wood and put it under the oil pan to support the engine and remove the upper engine mount and jack the motor up to gain access to the water pump bolt's and access cover i have changed them like that before.
