I am getting hard start in the morning

Can the fuel pressure regulator be changed in Aveo since it comes with the pump? Or do I need to buy the whole pump? I checked gas pressure and it is within range.

Try testing the coolant temperature sensor this sensor acts as choke on a carb for initial start-up and also check the idle air control valve
