The back right tire started squealing when I move, but it goes away when I brake. It used to be when I heard it, I could tap the brake and it will go away for a little while. Now it only stops when I brake. I'm not 100% sure but I think it goes away when I go faster than a certain speed, but before it didn't matter what speed i went.

You're hearing the wear indicator "squeaker". It's time for a brake inspection. When you apply the brakes, pressure straightens out the pads and can cause the indicator to move away from the rotor slightly. That's why the noise typically stops during braking.
